Biki Solutions provides commercial property and facility maintenance coordination and related repair services. Services are offered for commercial properties and facilities only; we do not service residential homes.
Requests and scheduling
Submitting a request through this website does not by itself create a service agreement. A request is confirmed once our team has reviewed the requirement, agreed the scope with you and scheduled the work. Timing depends on the nature of the issue, site access and availability.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate property and contact details, arranging site access, disclosing known hazards or site restrictions, and identifying the person authorised to approve work at the location.
Pricing and payment
Pricing, scope and any applicable terms for a specific job are agreed before work is performed. Additional work identified during a visit is confirmed with you before it is carried out, except where immediate action is required to prevent damage or an unsafe condition.
